Treskovia S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Treskovia", "we" or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the personal information of its users in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on Personal Data Protection of the Dominican Republic and applicable international best practices.

2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly when using our services: identification data (full name, email address), communication data (messages sent through our contact form), and technical data generated automatically during your browsing (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose of data processing
We use your data to respond to your inquiries and information requests, improve the functionality and user experience of the Platform, comply with legal and regulatory obligations in force in the Dominican Republic, send communications related to our services (only with your prior consent), and conduct anonymous statistical analyses on Platform usage.

In accordance with Dominican legislation, you have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy, request the rectification of inaccurate data, request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary, object to processing in certain circumstances, and request the restriction of processing. 7. Data transfers
Treskovia does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share data with technology service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform (hosting, analytics), who are contractually obligated to protect said information.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), role-based access controls, and periodic security reviews.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any material changes will be communicated through the Platform. We recommend that you review this page regularly.
